The Beach WOD is on! However, due to massive beach erosion to most of our local beaches, we will meet in Delray at Casaurina Rd, about 2 blocks south of Atlantic.
As usual, we’ll keep it fun. There are several volley ball nets set up already so we plan on using them too. Also, we may hang out for a bit afterwards and may even end up at the ‘Sandbar’ next to Bostons…who knows? Look for another post on Friday.
