WOD A:
EMOTM for 10 Minutes, perform the following:
- 1 power snatch
- 1 squat snatch
pick a weight that you think you can maintain for 10 minutes. This will most likely be around 75-80% of your 1RM snatch. Your score will be the weight that you use. If you need to drop weight, your score will be the lowest weight that you use.
Post weight used and # of rounds missed or skipped.
