3 person team:

The team collectively has to row  4,000m

Teammates will rotate through the following stations (one at a time)

  • Row 250m
  • 20 situps
  • 12 pushups

The WOD is complete when the team reaches 4,000m on the rower.

 

BONUS WOD: 100m sled push for time (90/50)lbs
