Time to set the weights down and get some good ol’ fashion endurance training in. This is a WOD that we repeat every few months. If you haven’t tried it yet, don’t let it scare you. Some members even go on to say that this is their “favorite WOD”.
8 x 400m run
- Run 400m every 4 minutes for 8 rounds.
- Record you fastest and slowest times and number of rounds skipped if any.
- Try to maintain consistency each round.
- A run can be substituted with a row if needed.
