Teams of 2 perform the following:

  • Row 750m / hold front rack position (185/123) – switch as needed
  • 50 burpees / OH plate hold (45/25) – switch as needed
  • 50 Thrusters (95/65) / Side Plank hold – switch as needed
  • 400m relay

(except for the relay, one person works while the other person holds)
