Teams of 3:
- 1500m row (relay: switch every 250)
- 1200m run (relay: switch every 400)
- 90 box jumps (step ups allowed, everybody must do 30…not in a row)
- 75 pushups (any combination – hand release)
- 50m sled push each* (90/50)
- 1500m row (relay: switch every 250)
(1 person works at a time for all movements. )
* sled push can be done anytime during wod to avoid bottleneck
