(build up to 4 heavy sets of 3 reps.)
(post results for all 4 sets even if unsuccessful)
WOD: 3 RFT:
12 push press (115/73)
12 chest-to-bar pullups
400m run  (can sub 150 single jump ropes if it’s raining)
