Warmup: 800m Row or Run (upon arrival)

 

Strength/Technique: EMOTM for 7 Minutes, perform the following:

  •   1 power snatch & 1 hang snatch @ 75% of max snatch.

 

WOD: AMRAP 8

  • 5 Hang snatch (115/83)
  • 15 wallballs
  • 50 Double Unders (scale to 150 singles)

 

We hope everybody had a great Christmas! Back to normal schedule….at least for a few days
