Kipping Pull Up Practice OR Butterfly Pull Up Practice OR 3 sets of strict pullups

** Choose one, be realistic.. Get good at Kipping Pull Ups before you worry about Butterfly Pullups.

B) WOD

4 RFT

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

15 Pull Ups

20 KB Swings (53/35)

200m Run
