‘Paleo WOD 2013‘…. For Time:
If you are in the current Paleo Challenge, you will perform this WOD again in 30 days. It is important that you make notes of any scaling that took place during the WOD. You will need to use the same scaling options for the repeat in a month. This is the only way to compare apples to apples. Good luck!
