Members, feel free to jump on the GHD machines after class. Not a bad idea to incorporate this into your routine. It’s impossible to include these into the class WOD’s because of limited equipment. Try 3 rounds (not for time) of 12 GHD situps and 15 back extensions. Ask your coach for assistance.
