Warm It Up!
50m drills: skip, side to sides,
high knees, butt kicks, broad jumps
cone in and outs
small tire drills
Game: Hop Scotch!
Each person gets a chance to go:
10 mins. For each member doing the hop scotch
(up and back) everyone else sits at the bottom of a squat.
If anyone has to get out of the bottom of the squat, everyone waits
Power cleans, mule kicks
Pipsqueaks: AMRAP 8
5 power cleans
5 mule kicks (may scale to burpees)
50 m cone run (in and out between cones)
JV: 5 RFT
8 Power Cleans (55/33)
8 mule kicks
50m OH walking lunge (25/15)
Varsity: 5 RFT
10 Power Cleans (65/42)
10 mule kicks
50m OH walking lunge (35/25)
