3 power snatches at appox 65-70% of 1-rep max weight. (Touch & go if you’d like, but not required)
Focus on technique. Go as light as needed to make every rep perfect. Listen to your coaches advise. Keep hips back and keep weight on heels during first pull. Be patient while you bring the bar to the hip for the explosive contact point. Fast under the bar. Head through on the catch. Do not post load on white board.
