A) Thruster: 2-2-2-2-2
Build up to 5 sets of 2 reps to find a 2-rep max
B) For Time:
You will do 20 box jump overs and then 5 thrusters. Then 15 box jump overs and 10 thrusters etc….
Both feet must land on the box and then land on the other side to complete the rep. Hip extension is not required.
