Partner arm helicopter jump over, crawl   under
3   mins of 20 sec on/10 sec rest then switch with HS holds vs. wall sits
(alternate during rest)
Review squat cleans, build to working   weight (Rx 75/42)
WOD:
4 RFT (15 min time cap)
12 squat cleans (75/42)
12 Burpee over Bar
12 dubs (sub 24 singles)
