Build to working wt (should be able to   do at least 3 touch and go)

2 Walk Climbs (scale 4 WTF)
12 Power Cleans (95/65) – scale   accordingly!
20 Lateral Bar Hops
100m Run*
* Each round add 100m to the   run:
Round 1 = 100m, Round 2 = 200m, Round 3   = 300m, Round 4 = 400m
