CrossFit

If you do not have prior CF experience you will be required to complete a 2 day (1-hour) mandatory ‘ON-RAMP’ (intro) program for CrossFit.

Here you will learn all the important olympic and barbell lifts as well as some of the most frequent body weight foundational movements that we do in CrossFit while keeping safety in mind. At the end of each On-Ramp class you will perform a WOD (Workout Of the Day) that will include the moves learned that day.

The On-Ramp Program has 2 options.

This is a 2 day course, and is also your FREE TRIAL to CrossFit.

Classes run Wednesday & Thursday at 8:00pm.

You MUST complete these specific two classes before you are eligible to enter the general training classes.

If you are unable to get to one or both of these classes, you can schedule the missed session(s) with a trainer (at your convenience) for $45/session.

The Foundational moves that will be taught in the On-Ramp course will include:

  • Air squat
  • Front squat
  • Overhead squat
  • Shoulder press
  • Push press
  • Push jerk
  • Deadlift
  • Thruster
  • Hang power clean
  • Hang power snatch
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Box jumps
  • Rowing
  • Wall-ball
  • Double unders

We do not expect anybody to become an expert in these core moves in just 2 one-hour classes BUT you will have a basic understanding of the moves prior to attending a CrossFit class.

Bootcamp

  • No experience necessary
  • Just show up to one of our scheduled Boot-Camp classes (currently Monday-Friday at 11am)
  • This is a separate membership from CrossFit
  • Bootcamp is an endurance based workout and does not require training prior to attending
  • The workouts will be challenging, yet easy to follow along, and the movements will be easy to learn
  • Bootcamp workouts will not include complex lifts or the use of Barbells
  • The classes are 50 minutes long
  • This is a separate membership from CrossFit
  • $10 daily drop in or $59/mo

CrossFit TEENS

CROSSFIT TEENS: Ages 12-17 (Currently Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5pm)

Our CrossFit Teens classes are for TEENS between the ages of 12-17. We do expect to have some new faces every week in our program, so we encourage you to have your child try out one class for free first. This will allow you and your child to see if the program is a good fit for him / her.
