  • 1 minute of double-unders*.  - 30 seconds rest between sets

*you must make the attempt. No singles. (if you get only 1…so be it)

 

B) Push Jerk: 3-3-3-3-3

(Take 5 attempts to find a 3 rep-max push jerk)

 

C) 3 Rounds For Time:

  • 9 Thrusters (115/83)
  • 15 pull-ups
  • 800m run (you may sub for a row if necessary)*

* key word being ‘necessary’…meaning due to a legitimate reason.
