Each client performs the same workout; we simply scale the load and intensity to fit our clients’ ability and fitness goals. RESULTS! Through this evidence-based program, you will probably work harder than you ever have before and you will have fun while doing it. How? The results are measurable and are often done so through certain workouts called ‘Benchmarks’.
