We have recently made some changes to our beginner’s program/Free Trial that will hopefully make it a little easier for everyone to fit it all in.
ON-RAMP FOR ADULTS:
If you do not have prior CF experience, you will be required to complete a 3 day On-Ramp which will consist of a group of people with a common goal…getting fit. The important thing for you to know is that you don’t have to be in great shape to join. Frankly, we all have a desire to improve our fitness, and that’s why we CrossFit. No matter how fit, or un-fit you are, everything we do can be scaled to your individual fitness level or limitation due to injury. Every class you will take will always be led by at least one Coach, who are all experienced athletes and players in this game. We strive to always provide an excellent Training experience, in a clean, fun, well-equipped CrossFit facility. It doesn’t stop there, though, unlike any regular gym you’ve ever been to you will make real friends here…you’ll get to know everyone and the more proficient you get, the more you want to help the new people. It’s really like a family here!
The On-Ramp Program has 2 options.
The first option is a 3 day course, and is also our FREE TRIAL to CrossFit.
The classes run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:30pm, and you can start on whichever of these days you want. The On-Ramp has been condensed to 3 classes, and you MUST complete these specific three classes before you are eligible to enter the general training classes. If you are unable to get to all 3 classes, you can schedule the missed session(s) with a trainer (at your convenience) for $33/session.
During these 3 classes you will learn a lot…all the important olympic and bar lifts; as well as some of the most frequent body weight foundational movements that we do in CrossFit.
We have implemented this On-Ramp program with your safety in mind: we want to make sure you become familiar with these movements prior to entering into the ‘regular’ classes. At the end of each On-Ramp class you will do a WOD (Workout Of the Day) that will include the foundational moves that were learned that day.
The Foundational moves that will be taught in the On-Ramp course will include:
Air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, thruster, hang power clean, hang power snatch, kettlebell swing, pull-ups, push-ups, box jumps, rowing, wall-ball and double unders.
Although we do not expect anybody to become an expert in these core moves in just 3 one-hour classes, you will have a basic understanding of the moves and will have already performed each of the moves prior to attending a ‘regular’ class.
The 2nd option is to schedule your On-Ramp at your convenience, 3 private sessions with a trainer for $99…. or $33 each.

CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS:
Our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens classes are separated by ages: 6-12 and 12-15. Since each child is different in their physical and social maturation process, and some future CrossFitters have a lot of athletic experience where some may have none, we do have a bit of a leeway with the age groups. If you are not sure which class you child should be in, please see or call Coach Aline at 561-312-3951 for guidance. We do expect to have some new faces every week in our program, so we encourage you to have your child try out one class for free first. This will allow you and your child to see if the program is a good fit for him / her. You can sign up for a free class by clicking on the following link and entering your information:
