If you’re new to CrossFit, just come by Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday at 7:15pm and start your free 3-day trial On Ramp . After you have completed these three classes you’ll be ready for enrollment into the regular programs!
We offer both group classes and private training sessions tailored to both experienced and beginner CrossFitters.
Our movements and Workouts of Day (WOD’s) are programmed to be consistent with CrossFit methods and teachings. The result is overall General Physical Preparedness (GPP). It is our strong belief that CrossFit is the best strength and conditioning program in the world.
We also offer a specialized CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens program, which are specifically designed to stimulate the vestibular, neurological, and neuromuscular systems in a growing child /teen. The classes are designed to be challenging and fun, promoting a healthy diet and lifestyle to instill true fitness for life.

(Ages 6-12)
The CrossFit Kids program is specifically designed to meet the neurological and skeletal system’s needs of growing kids. Our program specifically stimulates the vestibular system enhancing cognitive development, incorporating classic CrossFit movements to develop the ten elements of fitness, including balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome…your kids will beg you to bring them back for more!
Classes are Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00-4:45pm
(Ages 12-17)
This class is designed to stimulate neurological and muscular development that compliments the growth in teens. We provide a fun, challenging atmosphere in the spirit of true CrossFit: a competative environment that builds comradery and community, and healthy, fit young adults! *Some 12 year olds may do better in the CFK class, depending on fitness level, then advance to the CF Teens class. Classes are Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-6pm, and Saturday 11am.
The Saturday 11am class is a strenth biased class, we will work a strength segment a the beginning of the class, then do a shorter CFT WOD immediately following. All classes are one hour.
