The class times on Monday will be 9a & 10a. There will be no other classes on that day. This includes On-Ramp.

The On-Ramp classes this week are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday @ 7:30pm.

WOD: Murph!   For Time:

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pullups
  • 200 pushups
  • 300 squats
  • 1 mile run

This can be done individually, or with a partner where you split up the reps, one partner moves at a time. You pick which way you want to tackle. Most people will chose partner Murph. Both partners run together.
