5 HSPU or 30 Second Handstand hold (face wall if needed)

B) 10-1   (For Time)

Hang Snatch 95/65

Box Jumps 24/20 (Games Std)

Do 1 MU or 4 Ring dips after each round

(10/10 +mu, 9/9 +mu, 8/8 +mu)
