Team event 2014

 

A) Press Unders: 3 x 5 climbing
No dip drive. Bar starts on back. Wide grip. Press overhead as you ohs.
The simultaneous motion of pressing and squating should finish at same time
   (the lock-out at the top should finish as you aheive bottom squat position)
*Stay light…start with empty bar. Do NOT post load
B) EMOM 16 – Alternating (8 total sets)
5 Back Squats @ 50% of Max   (from the ground if racks are not available)
10 Ring Dips (scale to pushups). Stay on clock
C) 2 Minutes Max rep Air Squats
